Attending   Board Meetings

You are invited to attend our monthlyboard video meetings. This is a recurring invitation for all 2024 calendar year meetings.  Meeting dates and time are shown on the   board meeting schedule.

There are several options for attending meetings via the internet, cell phone or landline.

Themeeting ID and passcode are 956 1606 5296 and 059597 respectively.  You will need these numbers to join the meeting.

OPTION 1 – VIA THE INTERNET (computer or cell phone)

Option 1a: Join the meeting using a hyperlink.  

Click on the hyperlink below or type it into your browser's address bar.  Follow the screen prompts and type the passcode (059597) when asked.

Option 1b: Join the meeting using your web browser.  

Click on this link Zoom.com or enter zoom.com into your browser’s address bar then click on Join in upper right corner of the screen.  Enter the meeting ID (95616065296) and click on Join Meeting.  Enter the passcode (059597) when requested. 

Option 1c: Join the meeting using theapp.

Open theapp then click on join the meeting.

Enter the meeting ID (95616065296) and passcode (059597) when asked.

OPTION 2 – VIA TELEPHONE

Option 2a: Using a contact on your smart mobile phone. 

Enter one of lines below exactly as shown into a smart phone's contact then use the contact to phone in.  Once the call is answeredwill ask for the meeting ID and passcode.  Simply remain on the line.  These will be entered for you.

Option 2b: Dial in to your local U.S. location via cell phone or landline.
